By accessing the Athlent Sports Group website, purchasing our NIL Kits, joining our community, or participating in our athlete onboarding process, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Athlent Sports Group regarding your use of our educational resources, brand development tools, and consultancy services. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property and Use of Services

Unless otherwise indicated, the Athlent Sports Group website and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the 'Content') and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us. • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any proprietary NIL Kits, books, or educational curriculum materials provided through our community or onboarding platforms without express written consent.
• Users are prohibited from using our services to engage in any activity that violates NCAA, high school athletic association, or state-specific NIL laws and regulations.
• You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the website or the Skool community platform used by Athlent Sports Group.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The information provided by Athlent Sports Group is for educational and brand development purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional athletic agency advice. Our services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Athlent Sports Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our NIL resources, including but not limited to loss of athletic eligibility, failed contract negotiations, or changes in NIL legislation that affect your specific circumstances.
